Fun filled last day today for our Elite Coaching Players which has been aimed for the players to gain valuable experience in both hurling/camogie & to develop their own skills .Day 2 they focused on Strength & Conditioning. Brilliant effort from all the players, challenging and tough session but these guys are well able and we saw most of them came back again last night for their own team training session at the Club 🙌🙌 Great stuff 🟢⚪️
