It’s with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Karen Dowd. Karen fought her battle with great dignity. She leaves behind a wonderful husband Stephen and her precious twin boys Conor & Ryan. The twins first came to our notice at the tender age of four and have just recently celebrated their 18th birthday.

Dowd, Karen, (née O’Brien), (Raheny and formerly of Sandyford, Co. Dublin), 30th of September 2026. Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of Stephen and loving mother to Conor and Ryan.
Karen will be very sadly missed by her husband, her sons, brothers, sisters, in-laws, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing in Jennings Funeral Home Springdale Road, Raheny, on Monday the 5th of October from 4-6pm. Removal on Tuesday afternoon to Dardistown Crematorium arriving for a Service to celebrate Karen’s life at 3pm.
