OTOOLES HEALTH AND WELL BEING- HSE Free mental health training in suicide prevention and intervention
As part of the health and well-being and supporting mental health in our club we are delighted that the HSE have been in contact with the club to let us know they are offering free suicide prevention and intervention training for those aged 18 and over. Training programmes are free of charge, and advanced booking is required.
The training is for anyone, not just professional working in the area. The training provides skills, tools and steps to be taken if someone is in crisis.
Before attending the Understanding Self - Harm, Suicide Bereavement for Professionals and ASIST workshops, please complete either the SafeTALK in person or the “Let’s Talk About Suicide” online course.
