The Club are delighted to be putting on a goalkeeper workshop with Donal Hughes the workshop will be held on Saturday 9th December at 10.30am till 1.30pm and is open to mentors.

Goalkeeping is such an important position on the field and it’s often overlooked, this is a great opportunity to learn new skills that can be brought back to your team.

Dr Donal Hughes is a leading figure in modern GAA goalkeeping coaching. A native of Mayo, former keeper and triathlete, Donal works with all ages and levels from children to elite county keepers and is a top Precision Goalkeeping Ambassador. Donal has produced 100’s of GAA goalkeeping video’s including 3 seasons in collaboration with Niall Morgan of Tyrone. Donal uses an energetic game based scenario style of coaching which has proven hugely popular in the GAA Community.
